Wow, 6am comes early. We went for our last breakfast at Parrot Cay. Miranda got to see her friend for the last time.

The luggage has already been taken and relocated in the terminal for clearance by Customs.

The gangplank was attached and prepared.

We finished packing and went to search for Miranda, who was still saying goodbye to her friend.

We stood in the long line to claim bags and go through customs. 

After boarding the bus for the airport, a rainbow appeared in the sky. What a nice finish to a nice vacation.

The bus driver told us all kinds of interesting facts about Florida and the general area on the trip back to Orlando.

We arrived at the airport two hours early. We wandered through the shops and the kids were able to catch up on some homework and reading.

We arrived a bit early in Chicago, and to our surprise, an earlier flight to Lansing was available.  We walked right on and arrived home a couple hours ahead of schedule.

Arlona & I were scheduled to attend a going-away party for her work tonight. As it turns out, it was near the airport.  We went home, got a quick shower, picked up the babysitter and left.  We swung by the airport and picked up our bags which arrived on our scheduled flight.  We got the the party just as the speeches were starting, so our timing was great.
